10th January of 2008 was Hui Shan's big day.

She always has the earliest birthday that's why she is the OLDEST among my old friends. =P

We've had a barbeque party at Esther's house to celebrate our half-successful site analysis presentation.

Two tables of food and drinks. Em... Yummy..

Ping, Esther and Jiunn were grilling chicken wings.

They're very good posers.

Can't remember what they're doing,

either marinading the fish or stuffing it with tomyam sauce.

What A Wonderfooool Kota Kinabalu Trip 2

DAY 3

We were dragged to see Mount Kinabalu in the very early morning.

When everyone was hoping to have a good sleep in the bus, I found myself was super energetic.

They were not going to have a peaceful morning since i was there...

"Smile... Say cheeese..."
I started taking photographs of everyone didn't care if they smiled reluctantly.

DAY 4

We have visited Kopitiam Museum in Kota Kinabalu town due to its historical value in architceture.

Other than that, University of Sabah was also one of the site visits.

We slipped out to chit chat while their lecturer was showing us how to make concrete foundation.

Like that only got fun mah.

What A Wonderfooool Kota Kinabalu Trip 1

DAY 1

After a 2-hour-flight early in the morning, we were desperately looking for a hotel to rest.

For not disappointing us, our 1st destination in KK must be Sutera Harbour Resort which was 15 minutes from the airport.

This 5 star resort is quite chun by featuring world class facilities, like golf course, marina, Mandara spa and country club all these things.

There're water features, swimming pools and splendid seaviews.

This is a "bikini-based" sun bathing area. Mouth-watering*

No wonder the guys were finding excuses to loiter here.

We were syoking sendiri by taking photographs under the hot sun.

DAY 2

Owh... We love Likas Bay seriously.

Hui Xian, Yew Cien and I were wandering at the roadside.

They couldn't resist to take photographs behind the beautiful sunset.

This building is the most canggih icon in KK , called Yayasan Tower.

Of course we won't forget to take photographs in Yayasan revolving restaurant.

It is a scale 1: 750 site model of somewhere nearby Likas Bay, Kota Kinabalu.

That is why we are proud of being architecture students.

When I Was In Studio 4 - The Race

After studio marathon for 3 days 3 nights, everyone was tired and looking for something new.

They were discussing about the coming new EVENT.

The race was participated by Esther, Juliana, Audi, Felicia and Keong.

The exciting studio race attracted people from other studios.

I got no idea why the intruder was still alive and watching the race.

Felicia was quite fast.

Juliana.

I can sense that behind there was was Keong.

Keong was excitied.

When I Was In Studio 4 - Architecture and McD

Victory celebration was going to start after getting rid of the stupid intruder.

Without hesitating, our focal points went to the panel boards.

Who the INTELLIGENT pinned up a bunch of McD vouchers??! #&%$#@

Ok, just take a look.

Whatever you are looking at, they are still MCDONAL'S.

Finally, ended up with Mc Flurry and Fillet-O-Fish.

What a great celebration.

We hate it, seriously.

Ok this is not ordered from McD.

I saw this in Min Kang's studio when I was assigned to spy and "accidently" drop my McFlurryon their site model.

In the end I didn't do that as I've finished my Mc Flurry before i reached their door step.

12. Thomas (one of the harassments)

13. Hock Yang (full-time site model contractor worked from 10am to 12am)

14. Shawn (our driver who drove 3 different cars to studio in 2 days)

15. Dennis (one of the assiduous cargo makers under Yew Cien's supervision)

16. Audi (supplier of Moulin Rouge and House of the Flying Dagger)

17. Shien (the one who was watching House of the Flying Dagger with Audi)

Chan Min Kang (from another group) was admiring our site model since the beginning.

Once again, we let him admire.
